Payment Method
To update the payment method on Demio, these steps can be followed:
- Go to the Billing settings in the account.
- Click on the Update card details option under Credit Card.
- Enter the new card details or add a payment method via Google Pay or Link.
- Click Save Changes.
Please note that if a credit card with 3D secure is used, an additional authentication step will be required to confirm payment. After the authentication is completed, the user will be redirected back to Demio. If the invoice remains unpaid, a warning notice will appear. By selecting Confirm Invoice, the transaction can be confirmed.

Demio Return Policy?
Demio has a straightforward cancellation policy. If a user decides to cancel their account, they can do so from their account settings. After logging in to Demio, users can navigate to the settings and then to the billing tab. At the bottom of the page, there is a section for cancelling the account.
A warning about losing account data will pop up. If the user proceeds with the cancellation, they will have access to the account data until the end of the paid billing period. After that, the account will be deactivated and the account data will be erased after 30 days.
For users on the Premium plan or higher, they need to contact Customer Success at customersuccess@banzai.io to cancel their account.
